We reply within 2 business days.
Telling us this makes it faster
- Which screen it happened on (for example, the "Time for your medication" screen
on a parent's phone)
- When it happened
- Which phone you are using (for example, Galaxy A40, iPhone 13)
You do not need to send medication names or prescription details. We do not
need them to find the problem, and email is not a safe place to keep them.
If reminders are not arriving, check these first
- Open [Settings] → [Check notifications] in the app and look at the permission
status.
- Samsung phones automatically classify rarely used apps as "sleeping apps",
which delays notifications. Go to Settings → Battery → Background usage limits
and remove Pilltree from the list.
- Open the app once on your parent's phone. If the app was deleted and
reinstalled, the phone has to be registered again before reminders arrive.
